How do I care for my Jellycat?
Jellycat plush toys are machine washable at 30°C on a gentle cycle. We recommend placing them in a mesh laundry bag to protect the fabric. Air dry only — do not tumble dry or iron. For spot cleaning, use a damp cloth with mild soap.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@yoome.com.au with your order number. Return postage is at the customer's expense, and refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
