In-Store Refund Policy

At Yoome, we aim to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy for in-store refunds:

Refund Timeframe:

  • You can request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • For Jellycat and Miffy branded products, refunds are only available within 7 days of purchase.

Conditions for Refund:

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.

Discretion in Refund or Store Credit:

  • Yoome reserves the right to determine whether a refund or store credit will be issued, at our sole discretion.

Online Refund Policy

For our online customers, please note the following refund policy:

Online Refund Timeframe:

  • Refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original, resaleable condition.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase date is required to initiate a return.

Return Options:

  • Items can be returned to our physical store in Westfield Knox shopping centre.
  • Alternatively, you can ship the item to our store in Westfield Knox. Shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

Restocking Fee:

  • All returned items or declined deliveries will incur a 40% restocking fee based on the purchase total.

Processing Refunds
